About The Happening:
The Happening is an art, film and music festival embodying the spirit of surf and skate culture. It is a collaboration between Brushfire Records, The Surf Gallery and Woodshed Films, the creators of The Moonshine Festival. The first event took place at Orange County Museum of Art in Newport Beach, Calif. in January 2007, followed by another successful show at Milk Gallery in New York City — further establishing itself as the leading surf culture art and music event.
