Brothers
A few days before Christmas my brother and I did a big road trip through seven states to see family and to do some snowboarding. We started in Santa Barbara and drove north to the Oregon border, then all the way across Oregon and Idaho, skimmed Wyoming, then drove south through the entire state of Utah in a blizzard, blew through Nevada, then skimmed Arizona before finally arriving back at home. We saw a lot of pretty countryside. There wasn’t a lot of time for taking photos, but this sign in Central Oregon caught our eye.

Here are some limited editions posters I just released that will only be available through my website.
I picked two surf images for these posters, one a lineup of Rincon, California and the other a lineup from Southeastern Taiwan. I took both of them with a Hasselblad Xpan panoramic film camera. They are signed and numbered, with a limited edition of 100.
If you are interested in purchasing one you can email me: Joe@JoeCurrenPhotography.com. Or you can find a link to purchase them through Paypal in the shop section of my portfolio:

Klamath Kayaking
At the end of August my wife, father-in-law and I took some inflatable kayaks down the Klamath River in Northern California. I’m no kayaking expert, but I managed to make it down one class 4 and two class 3 rapids. I didn’t see the real big foot but I ate some Klamath salmon, saw bald eagle and elk and best of all…I made it home in one piece.
